Tour to Uros, Taquile and Luquina (2D/1N)
ITINERARY:
1st Day:
7:00 a.m. collection of our customers (passengers) of their city center hotel, go to the port of Puno, 7:30 a.m. Departure to the floating Uros Islands and visit 2, where our guide will give a detailed explanation about the origins and culture of the Uros. Then we headed to the island of Taquile visiting time is approx. 3 hrs. this natural island where we can see a community that has preserved its cultural heritage and writing Inca, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site); Basic lunch with local restaurant.
14:00 Departure from the port of Taquile to go to the peninsula of Chucuito, in Luquina Chico have a reception for family accommodation in family homes. Here you can hike along the shores of Lake Titicaca to observe the flora and fauna or take a walk to the local viewpoint or Qanicristo Apu (Mountain) community; watch the sunset together with the host family. At night, dinner with the family.
2nd Day:
Breakfast with the family and we can perform everyday activities in coordination with the local family. Optional: You can go hiking, kayaking or biking (Order ahead to arrange).
Then prox. At 12:00 hrs: Buffet lunch (Regional Food) in “The House of the Fisherman”. Return to Puno, arriving in Puno around 16:00.

- Entrance fee – 2 floating islands, Taquile island and Luquina.

- Speed boat (with toilet facilities on board, comfortable seats, life jackets and first aid kit).
- Transfers hotel downtown Puno- port of the Lake Titicaca.
