General Terms and Conditions
SERVICES:
All the services that are on the rate page are for group excursions and with a group guide who speaks English, Portuguese and / or Spanish, including the services indicated in each tour.
Our local programs do not include air tickets, except for national packages, as long as it is indicated in it.
In our packages we include three-star and four-star hotels, with room-based accommodation, name and hotel mail will be informed to the request with dates indicated.
If you prefer a private service, do not hesitate to ask about our programs with any other characteristic or particular requirements.
RESERVATIONS:
All reservation requests will be made in writing to the contact emails; The same will be answered within 24 hours of receipt.
In order to confirm the reservations, full details of the clients are requested, such as names and surnames, identity document, age, nationality and languages spoken, dates of arrival at the destination.
All reservations will be confirmed with the total price to be paid.
We do not include drinks, personal expenses or tips in our services; unless otherwise indicated on each tour.
For hotel reservations and bus tickets, the name of the company and payment terms will be indicated when the confirmation response is given.
RATES:
The prices published on this page are in US dollars, including taxes and are calculated per person.
The payment of 50% upon confirmation of the service and 50% upon arrival in Peru is required.
If you take only excursions in the City of Puno, you can make your reservation and pay 100% upon arrival, since our main office is located in the city of Puno.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Bear in mind that there are cancellations of travel that depending on the time of anticipation the penalty is calculated; this information will be in the reservation confirmation form.
The penalty is 100% if the cancellation of services is the same day of travel.
TOURS A PUNO, is not responsible for losses or additional payments for delays or problems in transportation or other services that the client contracts in their free time, illness, weather, strikes or other causes.
All losses will be the responsibility of the passenger. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or damage caused to some people or property as a result of negligence or other cause of the passenger.
